extensive international background and experience in turn-arounds, sales and
management. A leader-like, ambitious and competitive person, who values

To initiate, implement and evaluate international commercial and general
management activities in a business-to-business organisation.
Job objective:
To execute a senior line management position with the option to buy in as
shareholder.

Mijn huidige situatie
Werkervaring
2013 to April 2015: Director Market Area Nordics
(Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics, 101 employees, 8 direct reports), combined
with key account management for FrieslandCampina, MTBV and board membership HEDRA,
reporting to vice-president EMEA, based in The Netherlands and Denmark. Sales and service, full
P&L responsibility for EUR 190 million turnover.
Achievements: growth new business by 23%, secure new long term supply agreements with
FrieslandCampina, implementation of balanced score-card (especially for Arla Foods) as well as
continuous improvement in the Nordics, regained lost business in Sweden (Grado) and Norway
(Tine), establishment of organizational fit, better cooperation between the individual market units,
implementation standard ways of working, establishment of new back-office and financial
department in Sweden and Norway, initiate environmental lobby in Denmark, identification and
initiation of a cost saving of approximately EUR 1,3 million, successful initiation of introduction
renewable plastic coating (from Sabic) not only for the Nordic area and The Netherlands, but for
the whole Elopak Group.
