Profile:
I am a reliable and driven planner with 22 years of experience. A practical specialist, very involved in improving total planning and Phase In/-out process. My communicative skills help me and the team align Supply and Demand plan, in line with financial targets. My ability to come up with creative solutions has helped me a lot in solving bigger and smaller challenges and keeping up high service levels. - S&OP process: own, lead and monitor. Create intake plan, review sales vs forecast level
- Finished Goods strategy & inventory: define, measure, execute service levels, safety stock levels, review stock health and manage component risk.
- Customer Service levels: ensure availability of Finished Goods in line with agreements (factory outbound and Roosendaal inbound management) by setting and monitoring masterdata settings in SAP R3 and SAP APO.
- Facilitate Financial plans alignment
- Phase In/Phase Out planning: determining last buy amounts / prepare scenario’s on phase out items; determining amounts / prepare phase in Ramp Up volumes and timing. Handshake in S&OP meeting.
- Scarcity management: based on predefined rules allocate amounts per cluster/country. Timely and unambiguous communication.
Results: Sales almost doubled; reduction on inventory from 28% to 12% of MAT sales with increase of 15 % on Service level.
